Spotlight holds first Industry Forum for non-performer members

Last Saturday saw Spotlight's first ever full day of events for our non-performer members designed to advise and guide them around how best they can work for performers.

The day brought together agents, personal managers and casting directors with a mix of keynote presentations, workshops and industry panels. 

Sessions included:

• Guidelines to cast and represent performers who are transgender
• Unconscious bias
• Casting and representing children
• Commercial guidelines
• Mental health within the industry
